I haven't yet tried all the recording functions, but I assume these will be ok because the software is commercially available and supported (refer BlazeTV website). I am quite happy with my purchase (considering how cheap it was), but I will be plugging it into a wall socket antenna to get all the stations. Most people seem to find SBS really easily because it is the highest frequency transmission, and easily picked up with small antennas. You really need to use a bigger antenna to receive the lower frequency stations. So far it works ok.the small antenna that comes with it doesn't easily find all stations. It isn't the wandTV one, but one sold by an ebay online shop called 'lemoncell'.comes with BlazeTV software, but they are probably all pretty similar.

I received today a DVB-T USB stick I bought on e-bay recently (total cost of just over $30, including postage). my question is whether anyone here has one, and if so, is it any good? I've seen these 'WandTV' items on ebay a lot recently, and they are a good price. I'm interested in getting a HDTV USB tuner for my laptop (a Dell Inspiron, pretty well specced), for use while on holidays and also for the occasional recording of something in HD (we only have SD STBs/PVRs elsewhere).
